  • KYC (Know your customer or client) is the part of due diligence that primarily deals with the verification of customers which includes checking personal and professional details in order to protect your company from people involved in financial crimes.

Search result

It contains all records of users with their full name, watchlist status and request type.

Verification

A process wherein a business can verify the identity of customers to gauge their legitimacy and credibility by necessary information.

Reports

It contains Batch Upload and Transaction Reports.

  • Batch Upload

    Uploaded batch report can be downloaded by the batch upload as per batch upload name and username. User can download the original files as well as export the files

  • Maintain a transaction report for identifying suspicious transactions and a procedure for reporting the same internally”, that analysis of a customer's transactions to detect whether the transactions appear to be suspicious.

Alert

Alert – The status of the application that fails to submit required information like identity or documents. This KYC status is generated by the staff member and has the authority to assign “Alert” status to the user.

Accept List

Accept list contains the user’s record which includes the status of users either active or not and reference ID that shows user’s verification details with watchlist, ID verification and previous record.

Settings

  • Users

    It contains the list of users with details including role type, API key and the status that shows the user is enable or not, you can also add a new user by filling up the given form.

  • You can search the users by their role name like customer, partner & admin. The result will be displayed with role ID, role name and access search, access verification which shows the result in true or false.

  • A program record that required program name like payment type and partners, could be maintain by the user.

  • Configuration could be set up by providing the general information and other details which will be applicable just for watchlist services.

  • A batch file can be uploaded from settings menu which required verification provider, batch upload name and excel file for uploading.

  • Audit logs are useful both for maintaining security and for recovering lost transactions, it contains the record of users with reference ID, action type, action name and action details.

  • Know Your Customer (KYC) is the process which helps businesses identify & verify the details of their clients. It is suitable for banks and companies to ensure anti-corruption compliance and to verify the identity of their customers.
